Our "villa virginia with swimming pool" is located in the countryside of the municipality of San Vito dei Normanni (Brindisi) a few steps from the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto - Carovigno - Serranova - Apani (BR).

Inside the recently renovated villa you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed (if you need 1 baby bed with risers for small children)  and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a large dining room (roof / vaulted ceiling) with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a closet, a kitchen. Outside you will find an above ground swimming pool in masonry (4 * 6 meters high 1.6m) with counter-current swimming device and balneotherapy,  a wood-burning oven, a laundry room, an indoor grilling room used in the past to make tomato puree, a service bathroom, a shower for the summer useful for the swimming pool, a huge square with a garden, a  patio immediately attached to the swimming pool where you can relax and a green space where you can have outdoor barbeques and a covered brick veranda.  

The villa has mosquito nets and is equipped with heating - air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen with the latest generation elements (induction hob, fan oven, microwave, coffee machine), washing machine and new furniture, TV, 5g router. wifi, telephone signal amplifier, water at will for all uses but to drink you must use bottled water).

Small pets are allowed in the house, there are no problems in the annexes to the structure.

The whole structure is surrounded  from a land of 15,000 square meters where they are present  secular olive trees, fruit trees, vegetables, small rooms for amateur breeding of small rabbits. that my father follows with passion. The paved country lanes surrounding the property are only used by vacationers, so there is no traffic and are ideal for walking, letting your children run around without worry.

The structure was built by recovering the history thinking about our ideal holidays and more so yours, in particular the small above-ground swimming pool in masonry is a recovery with modernization of a water reserve present and indispensable in past years. The pool water is generated and checked upon the arrival of each guest. The security of the villa is managed by private security, but for your privacy there are no cameras.  The whole structure is for exclusive use.

The land surrounding the villa is delimited and with separate / distinct entrances  structure is managed by us and upon agreement on timetables (usually early in the morning) my father accesses the property for irrigation, control and collection of soil products based on the current season (olives, grapes, fruit, vegetables)
